Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BABAINDAL Security & Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we value our clients and aim to deliver the highest quality security and manpower services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments, cancellations, or refunds may be applicable for our services.


1. Service Confirmation

  • Once a client confirms a booking or service agreement with BABAINDAL Security & Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the company allocates resources, manpower, and time to fulfill the client’s requirements.

  • Service confirmation is considered valid only after receipt of the advance payment or signing of a formal agreement.


2. Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel your service request, please note the following conditions:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to babaindalpvt@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of service confirmation may be considered for partial refund (if no deployment or preparatory work has been done).

  • If manpower or resources have already been allocated, no refund will be processed.

  • Once services are initiated or staff are deployed at the client’s site, the service is deemed to have commenced and is non-refundable.


3. Cancellation by the Company

  • The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any service due to unavoidable circumstances such as safety issues, non-payment, or legal constraints.

  • In such cases, if the client has made an advance payment, the company will either reschedule the service or initiate a full refund (depending on mutual discussion and feasibility).


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • All refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used during the transaction.

  • Transaction charges, taxes, or third-party processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.


5. Non-Refundable Payments

Please note that certain payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Registration or consultation fees

  • Initial manpower allocation or administrative fees

  • Any customized or special service agreements already executed


6. Service Modifications

  • Clients may request modifications in the service plan before deployment. The company will assess feasibility and additional costs (if applicable).

  • Once services are underway, modification or rescheduling requests will be handled based on availability and company discretion.


7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute or disagreement regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through discussion.
If the matter remains unresolved, it shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) courts.
